Overview of the Expertise Listing or Job Posting
In this role, you will design, develop and administer various learning and development initiatives with a focus on operations, selling, services and product knowledge for retail, supply chain, B2B sales and corporate audiences. You will create engaging e-learning courses and other resources and are passionate about applying modern learning practices to develop successful programs.
Specifically, You Will:
Designs, develops, storyboards and curates high quality learning products such as eLearning and live virtual and in-person learning solutions to support ongoing skills and knowledge development
Collaborates with Sr Learning Solutions Partners, learners and business partners to execute learning solutions and deliverables
Develops, researches and enables interactive and innovative learning modalities and implements these into modern learning solutions using mobile friendly, virtual and/or AI based authoring tools, instructor led experiences, video-based learning, gamification, learning engagement tools, social learning etc.
Enhances L&D solutions based on feedback from stakeholders, business matter experts, learners, measurement tools, course evaluation data, usage metrics and other key performance indicators
Creates learning resources, instructional materials, participant and facilitation guides, presentations, job aids and other learning supports to address performance and knowledge gaps
Some of what you need:
University degree or specialized degree or diploma in Adult Education or Instructional Design
Excellent knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Vyond); demonstrated portfolio of learning products
Demonstrated proficiency using training technologies to produce a variety of learning products including eLearning, classroom training materials, blended learning programs, microlearning, learning guides, webinars, and videos
Skilled in virtual classroom production tools/skills (MS Teams)
Demonstrated ability to multi-task
Proficiency in MS Office and excellent skills in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent written and presentation skills
3-5 years of experience in learning and development, e-Learning development and instructional design.
