You as a Director, Talent Acquisition will:

Create a strategic Talent Acquisition Plan that drives strategies for creative sourcing, headhunting and selection of top talent while supporting Diversity & Inclusion commitments and develop new sourcing areas domestically & internationally
Improve organization attractiveness through strategic marketing planning around employment branding, digital & social media presence, and leveraging our unique selling propositions
Identify top talent within the industry, and deploy passive recruitment methods to source candidates for key department heads, executive committee level and hard to fill positions
Maintain and develop new community and school partnerships, and stay current on industry news, trends and best practices as related to the Region’s talent needs
Review and gather feedback and data to drive regular enhancements

Exceptional networking and relationship-building and you thrive on delivering a positive candidate experience
Sound understanding of technical recruiting strategies with the use of application tracking software, social media and professional networks such as LinkedIn
College or University degree in Human Resources Management with a minimum of 5 years managerial experience
