This role is responsible for the day-to-day workflow of documentation and claims within the Claims department. You will work closely with the leadership team and our team of Claims Examiners to ensure information leaving our department is accurate and processed in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for coordinating the incoming and outgoing documents for the Claims team and for the execution and distribution of claim payment statements.
As the successful candidate, you are well organized and can handle shifting priorities and job functions throughout the day as you meet established deadlines. You are professional and possess superior customer service skills, which will be applied when communicating with internal and external clients.
This role will require you to work from 7:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, within our office.

Intermediate MS Excel and Word skills
