Position Overview:

Our Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for crafting and executing product marketing strategies that drive the success of our products in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling messaging and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Messaging and Positioning:
Develop clear and compelling product messaging and positioning that highlights the unique value propositions of our products and the use cases they solve.
Collaborate with the Strategic Product Managers to ensure alignment between product development and market messaging.
Content Creation:
Conceptualize, create, and deliver marketing and enablement materials that explain product, persona, or industry-focused information in a clear and concise manner that highlights key differentiators and value, including datasheets, presentations, and playbooks.
Provide strategic guidance and baseline content to support the development of ebooks, blogs, case studies, video, and web content.
Work closely with the Content Marketing team to align content with marketing campaigns.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all marketing and enablement materials.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Collaborate with the Go-to-Market team to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches.
Define target customer segments and tailor marketing messages accordingly.
Sales Enablement:
Develop and deliver sales training programs and materials to ensure the sales team is well-equipped to effectively communicate product value.
Provide ongoing support to the sales team with product-related inquiries and resources.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
Analyze competitor products, pricing, and positioning to identify opportunities and threats.
Use market insights to refine product marketing strategies.
Performance Measurement:
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing efforts.
Regularly collaborate with stakeholders to assess effectiveness of positioning and messaging and adjust strategies as needed.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS software company.
Strong understanding of technology and the ability to translate technical features into clear and compelling messaging for non-technical audiences.
Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for software products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
