We are seeking a dynamic Paid Media Manager who will play a crucial role in accelerating our product's market presence and sales in the Hospitality space. Plusgrade’s Hospitality solution allows hotel owners and operators to enhance guest experiences and unlock new revenue streams with every interaction. Your mission will be to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on key B2B digital platforms, to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and ultimately B2B client acquisition.
As one of our first B2B-marketing-focused roles, this position is an ideal opportunity for a candidate with B2B lead gen experience - to apply their skill with paid media and lead, innovate and make a meaningful impact on driving Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). While the role is primarily focused on B2B activity, the ideal candidate will also have some B2C experience, as the role will also have some responsibility for paid media planning and buying activities with our B2C products.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Reporting to the Director, Performance Marketing, you will:
• Bring your knowledge of and experience with varying B2B lead-generation content models to generate product awareness, engagement and drive leads.
• Media Planning: Prepare effective campaign media plan and briefs, leveraging experience across Partners for optimal channel selection, targeting strategy and maximize overall effectiveness
• Media Buying/execution: Hands-on media campaign setup across multiple B2B paid media channels (including LinkedIn, and Display) as well as some B2C channels (including social, display, native, programmatic, video) to ensure media is delivered on time with high quality, and campaign performance targets are met or exceeded.
• Use of first and third-party data and segmentation to reach desired target audiences is an important part of this function.
• Perform frequent monitoring & optimization of campaign media performance to maximize campaign objectives and improve campaign budget efficiency. Provide regular campaign reporting against key KPIs to review with stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams, aligning marketing strategies to and achieve unified goals in B2B client acquisition. For both B2B and B2C campaigns, effective collaboration and communication with internal and external creative and account teams will be critical to achieving larger Marketing campaign goals.
• Leverage experience and skills to conduct ongoing assessment and identification of new & existing media channels and audience targeting growth opportunities, particularly for B2B media activity.
• Financial Management: Responsibility for day-to-day budget and financial management activity for paid media campaigns across multiple media channels for Partners under management.
YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:
• 3-5 years of B2B tech marketing experience, specifically in paid media demand generation roles focused on lead generation. In addition, B2C media campaign experience is also a benefit.
• A track record and passion for media innovation. This new role is an opportunity to build and experiment leveraging a mix of media, data, content, and technology for maximum impact.
• Proficiency in campaign media planning and buying/execution across multiple B2B and B2C channels, including LinkedIn, Programmatic display, social and video.
• A demonstrated ability to develop, track and improve campaign performance against key KPIs with a strong focus on lead generation
• Experience leveraging first and/or third-party data sets to effectively target media audiences, combined with broader media targeting sets.
• Ability to effectively communicate new insights, strategies, and tactics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience managing campaign and media budgets, and working with Financial/Accounting teams.
