Our Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to our Executive Vice President, World Travel Protection. As an integral part of our team you will be responsible for day to day support, email and calendar management. You will aid in the development of ongoing initiatives and play a vital role in monitoring and reporting on these. Building presentations on key business metrics for both internal and external clients is a significant part of this role.

We are looking for someone who is positive, can demonstrate that they are forward thinking, a strong communicator, they are intellectually curious, they are a decisive problem solver and someone who demonstrates a high level of collaboration and teamwork. You much have highly effective organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask to achieve the objectives of Executive Vice President, World Travel Protection.
