Self-Serve and Assisted Service Inclusions
Our Self-Serve level is just what the name says it is. Although we would be happy to do a short onboarding call with you to familiarize the options and how it works.
Our Assisted Service level provides a helpful set of services without the more expensive route of full service sources. Just submit a meeting request.
Our Platform Fees: Contingent on You Commissioning Work
Fees added to each Consultants’ fees. Self-serve is available for any consultant fee amount, with a minimum platform fee of $1,000. Assisted Services are available for consultant fees over $25,000.
Payment to be made using EBW’s integration with Stripe, upfront when work is commissioned. Platform fee is held in escrow and released by Stripe to consultant when work is completed. Milestone payments can be arranged for all Assisted Services and for Self-Serve consultant fees over $25,000.
Payments
Payments are only required once you commission work from a consultant. At that point, pay your agreed consultant fee through our payments provider Stripe. Our marketplace transaction fee – call it a finder’s fee – is added during your payment processing.
